How we quote and sell
- Quotes are answered within one business day, usually the same day, with the NSN and part number on the paperwork.
- Purchase orders from government and established commercial accounts; government purchase cards (GPC) and major cards.
- Minimum order $50 domestic; $200 international.
- The condition is stated on every line: New, New Surplus (NOS), Overhauled, Remanufactured or Used. You choose the condition at quote time.
- Some parts require an export license. We apply for it and tell you when one is needed: $100 license fee, waived on orders over $650. Export-controlled items ship to U.S. addresses only.
Shipping
- We ship the same day when we can; most orders leave within 1–3 business days, and weekend orders usually ship by Tuesday.
- Large or awkward items need crating and can take 7–14 days.
- Freight ships to commercial addresses or to a terminal for pickup; residential freight delivery costs extra. Ask for a freight quote before ordering — it is cheaper to settle first.
- If actual shipping exceeds what we estimated, we invoice the difference or let you cancel.
Returns and problems
- Wrong item, damaged item, or an item that does not work: call 706-798-7500 or email us and we will correct it. Keep the boxes and packing if it arrived damaged, so we can claim against the carrier.
- Returns within 30 days; a 30% restocking fee applies. Electrical items are generally not returnable.
- Cancellations: 5% (card fees are not refunded to us), 10% once a part has been pulled and packed, nothing if we cannot supply.

Every quantity on this site is counted on our own shelves in Augusta. We hold depth on out-of-production platforms because a reset program lives or dies on whether the line items exist in the quantities and conditions the schedule assumes — and when the original factory line has stopped, New Old Stock is often the only channel left.
